How much will it cost?
For a regular repair (like replacing a few sheets of siding or soffit), with two workers on the job, the average price is $250: that’s a flat rate of $65 (in Calgary limit), plus the price of the material and an hourly rate for the time spend on the job. There is an extra charge for repairs higher than a regular two-story house (over 20 feet). There is no charge to get a quote.
For larger jobs like the makeover of an entire house, the replacement of siding on a whole wall (due to hailstorms or faded color), covering a newly-constructed garage or house, we will be glad to provide you with a free quote.
Can you match the new siding to the previous one?
Yes, we work with five different suppliers, and can find the material that will match both size and color. In some cases, the wood-grain may be slightly different, but in general, this will not affect or diminish the finished look.
Are you available in winter?
Yes, we work all year-round.
When can you do the work?
We assess the scope of the work within a week of your call, and then need a maximum of three weeks to prepare for the job, depending on the availability of the material requested from our suppliers. We do our very best to provide quality service as quickly as possible.
How do I pay?
We prefer credit cards (Master Card and Visa), but also accept cash and cheques.
